Year 13's Visit Imperial War Museum

Year 13 A-Level English students visited the Imperial War Museum in London. 

Students studying literature viewed the WWI exhibitions.  Students enjoyed the museum and said that the visit helped aid them in their contextual understanding of the novels they study. 

Literature and Language students viewed the WWII exhibitions and the Holocaust memorial. Students have used Anne Frank as their coursework stimulus text and said that the trip help to deepen their understanding of the persecution of the ethnic minorities of the time. Students were visibly moved by the memorial and felt they gained a wealth of knowledge from it. 

All students behaved impeccably and were a credit to the sixth form and school.
